Uncooked Indian Flat Bread. The main staple of any Indian Meal is a "Roti" or "Chapati". This is a thin flatbread made from whole wheat flour.

Delicious side to any Indian Curry.

How to Cook Roti:

  1. Heat a flat pan.
  2. Place one uncooked roti on the pan.
  3. Let it cook for 30-45 seconds, watching to not burn it.
  4. Turn it over and follow the same process.
  5. Once you feel that the roti is cooked evenly from either side, take it off the pan and smear it with a little oil or vegan butter.

Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, salt, Canola oil, distilled water
