Uncooked Indian Flat Bread. The main staple of any Indian Meal is a "Roti" or "Chapati". This is a thin flatbread made from whole wheat flour.
Delicious side to any Indian Curry.
How to Cook Roti:
- Heat a flat pan.
- Place one uncooked roti on the pan.
- Let it cook for 30-45 seconds, watching to not burn it.
- Turn it over and follow the same process.
- Once you feel that the roti is cooked evenly from either side, take it off the pan and smear it with a little oil or vegan butter.
